Builder Green Certification

One Stop Green Home Certification is dedicated to helping the central Florida residential building community balance green certification options with profit potential as they transition from traditional to green construction.

Tracy DeCarlo, owner of One Stop, has been in the building industry for 15 years. She is a Florida Green Building Coalition Certifying Agent, a Green Home Verifying Agent for the National Association of Home Builders, a Water Star Certifier, Chair of the Florida Green Building Coalition Homes Committee, and Co-Chair of the Green Building Committee at the Metro Orlando Home Builders Association.

As a Certified Green Professional, Tracy uses her construction background to successfully lead builders through the green building and certification processes.

Through collaboration with a Class 1 Home Energy Rater, One Stop Green Home Certification also coordinates the calculations and testing options or requirements for Energy Star, FGBC and NAHB certifications.
